I’m a dynamic professional who’s got a unique mix of engineering, management, HR, and online business know-how. With a solid educational background and years of hands-on experience, I have become a jack-of-all-trades in the professional world.

I studied engineering and management, so have a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. I love unraveling complex systems and finding creative solutions to tricky challenges.

I genuinely care about people and their growth, so I put my knowledge of how organizations and teams work to good use in the wild world of human resources. From hiring the best talent to fostering happy employees and boosting performance, payroll and state and federal compliance, I know the HR game inside out.

In 2016, I decided to leave the corporate world behind and moved to the beach in Mexico. Since then, I have been helping online businesses (primarily coaches, authors, and course creators) to grow and scale their business by bridging the gap between the tech stuff, HR and management jargon, and everyday business operations.
